CFO, Michael McBride, CPA
Michael received a BS in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting and an MA in Business- Accounting. He was a Senior Auditor for Gillespie, CPA in Warrensburg, Missouri from 1979 to 1982 and then became an Associate Professor of Accounting at the Central Missouri State University from 1982 to 1986. Afterwards, Michael went on to be the Secretary/Treasurer and CFO for Carlyle Van Lines, Inc from 1992-1995 and then Secretary/Treasurer and CFO for X-com, Inc. in Manassas, Virginia from 1996 to 1997. In 1998 he took on the role of Senior Tax Accountant for Cordel and Company, CPAs in Littleton, Colorado. From 1998 to 2003 he accepted the role of CFO and Plan Administrator of Multiple benefit plans totaling $50 Million and handled Company Secretary/Treasurer for Don Ward Transport in Denver, Colorado.

COO, Joachim Treichel
Joe is a seasoned businessman currently residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Most recently he was office manager for Market Street Securities, an options trading firm on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange with over $25 million under management. The firm specializes in equity and index options trading. Joe specialized in risk management, he was also responsible for clearing all of the firms expenses, SEC compliance and other regulatory requirements. Joe has been a real estate investor for almost a decade. He has extensive experience with new construction and residential rehabilitation projects.

VP Sales and Marketing, Joseph Bork
A structural engineer by trade, Joseph loves providing solutions to global, business and personal energy needs. He was a pioneer in drafting and executing Power Purchase Agreements for residential and commercial energy requirements. He is an expert in the green economics of solar and wind electric generation, having owned and operated businesses in the industry for almost a decade. Joseph is a firm believer that solar will help deliver our nation from its oil addiction, and he is proud to be a part of the solution.

VP of Installation, Gabriel Bork (NABCEP Certified)
Gabriel has been installing solar and wind electric systems for over eight years. He has been the designer and site foreman for the installation of over a million watts of hourly production capacity of solar and wind electric power. He has engineered and installed ground mounted, pole mounted, roof mounted, and building integrated and tracking and fixed-mount power generation systems. Gabe is certified as a PV Installer by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP). He specializes in designing custom solar solutions including carports, awnings, atriums and other shading photovoltaic structures. For Gabe, installing solar isn.t a job, it.s a way of life.

VP Finance, Daniel Dus, MBA
Dan is an MBA from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. He earned a biology degree in 2000 from Bucknell University, and prior to that attended a prep school that concentrated studies on environmental sciences. His business experience includes several technology and financial positions: VP Business Development at Powersimple, Manhattan, NY, where he managed software developers and custom software applications; Treasurer at the Haiti Orphan.s Project in Becket, MA where he managed accounting, cash flows, budgets and fundraising activities for the non-profit organization; and Managing Partner of CFI, LLC a residential and commercial rehabilitation firm.
